How long does shipping usually take?

Unfortunately you cannot, only the original reservation allocation from April-May of 2021 is transferable. Reservation allocations starting from September 2021 and up are non-transferable.

My FreedomFi 5G Gateway has not shipped yet, am I able to request a refund?

If your order has still not shipped, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can issue you a refund without any deductions.

If the order has already shipped then you need to check our return policy here and follow the steps to get a refund as per the terms & conditions.

How can I confirm if the reservation has been transferred to me?

You can use our status tool here. Simply enter your email and if you receive an email with reservation details belonging to you then it means that the reservation has successfully been transferred.

Do you currently have a reseller program?

Does FreedomFi store credit card or personal information?

FreedomFi does not store credit card details, this means that FreedomFi cannot charge your credit card automatically. You will be required to place an order through the website yourself once your reservation is ready.

The only personal information that we store is identity related information such as email, first name and last name. These are stored to ensure your reservation can be identified and tracked with the help of a transaction.

I am planning on buying a third party FreedomFi 5G Gateway, how can it be transferred to me?

If the FreedomFi 5G Gateway that you are purchasing has already been onboarded, the person whom you purchased it from will need to manually transfer the gateway via the Helium App, gateway transfers can only be initiated by the original owner.

Should I open a credit card dispute to get a reservation refund?

We encourage our customers to always request a refund directly through us as it is a very simple and painless process. We have a 100% guaranteed refund policy for reservations, so please reach out to us before opening a dispute.

No. The FreedomFi 5G Gateway will only work with certified CBRS radios. Cellular radios come in many flavors and have a million knobs and settings. The only way for us to ensure consistent operation and security across all deployments is to only allow pre-certified radios with verified firmware presets. The FreedomFi Gateway and Powered by FreedomFi gateways from partners, like Bobcat, have all the software and configuration ready to plug-and-play with FreedomFi certified small cell radios.

Will I need a wired connection to the gateway or can I use Wi-Fi to connect FreedomFi Gateway to the internet?

Yes, you will need to connect the  FreedomFi 5G Gateway to the Internet using an ethernet cable.
